Did you know that the band's debut performance on December 18th, 1993 at the 108 Club in Delta, Iowa was as Joey Mendoza and the Faded Roses? There were a few gigs as Iowa Rock Tragedy and most recently (1994-1997) was spent performing and recording as The Sojourners.

For those of you who are new to this site, "pretty as a picture" is the band's first independent release on Junior's Motel Records.
